Free Freeze
Pre-paid plan members receive one free freeze during their plan term, no reason required. Month-to-month members earn one free freeze every 6 consecutive months of active (paid) membership, usable within the following 6 months, no reason required. Once a free freeze is used, a new 6-month waiting period begins before the next one is earned. Free freezes cannot be stacked or carried over. Outside of your free freeze, you can pause your membership anytime for a $25 + HST flat fee — no reason required. Please submit pause requests in writing via email.
Pricing
All rates above are HST excluded.
Payment & Cancellation
We accept credit card payments. All memberships are auto-debited monthly. Please provide a minimum of two (2) days notice for membership cancellations.
Pre-Paid Plans
Pre-paid plans are non-refundable but may be frozen with a valid written request and confirmation. Email info@junctionacademy.ca to reactivate your account.
